The period when equipment utilization remained below 30%, while the company faced payroll delays and production safety challenges, is now in the past. The arrival of a new investor marked the beginning of a comprehensive transformation: operational processes are being upgraded, the company’s reputation is being restored, and a new production culture is taking shape.
The results speak for themselves. More than KZT 11 billion has been invested in modernization this year. During the first five months, steel production reached 116.7 thousand tonnes, significantly exceeding the figures recorded during the same period last year.
KSP Steel retains its unique position as the only full-cycle seamless steel pipe manufacturer in Central Asia. The company’s products are supplied not only to the domestic market but also exported to the United States, Canada, and Colombia.
Today, more than 3,100 specialists work at the plant. A systematic management approach, strengthened financial stability, and continuous improvements in workplace safety standards are helping KSP Steel regain its status as one of the industrial leaders of the Pavlodar Region.
