📌 KSP Steel LLP and Oil Services Company LLP have signed an offtake agreement for the production and supply of casing and tubing for the 2027–2029 period.

The signing took place in Uralsk during the Forum on the Development of Oil and Gas Machine Building, marking an important step in strengthening cooperation between a domestic pipe manufacturer and Kazakhstan’s oilfield services sector.

Oil Services Company is a subsidiary of JSC NC KazMunayGas, specializing in drilling, workover and well servicing operations for oil and gas wells.

KSP Steel is Kazakhstan’s first and only seamless steel pipe manufacturer with a fully integrated production cycle, supplying the oil and gas industry with high-quality, domestically manufactured products.

🤝 For KSP Steel, the offtake agreement is of strategic importance. Long-term cooperation provides greater predictability in production capacity utilization, supports production planning and strengthens the company’s position in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas supply chain.

The agreement is particularly significant for its contribution to developing in-country value, reducing dependence on imported pipe products and expanding the participation of Kazakhstani manufacturers in oil and gas projects.

The signing also demonstrates the tangible results of JSC NC KazMunayGas’s systematic efforts to support domestic manufacturers and promote production localization.

KSP Steel continues to strengthen partnerships with major oil and gas companies, expand its production capabilities and contribute to the development of Kazakhstan’s industrial potential.
